Welcome to the Return Policy for Ainsunnah! This policy covers returns for all products purchased from Ainsunnah.com. We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations, and we're committed to making the return process straightforward.
If you do not fall under all the requirements and still wish to make a return, do not worry, and contact us and we’ll try our best to assist you!
General Return Policy:
You can return most unused and unworn items bought from Ainsunnah.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping fees).
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Certain items, such as miswak and certain fragrance products, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (see exceptions below).
Specific Product Returns:
Islamic Apparel (Thobe, Shalwar Kameez, Abayas, etc.): Unworn and unwashed clothing can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Please try on clothes over undergarments for hygiene.
Headwear (Kufis, Shemaghs, Hijabs): Unworn and unwashed headwear can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Please try on headwear over a clean cap or under scarf for hygiene.
Edible Items (Granola Bars, Honey): Edible items cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.
Itar (Oil Perfumes): Unopened ittar can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened ittar cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Islamic Goods (Miswak, Janamaz, Ihram, Quran, Books): Unopened and unused Islamic goods can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. For Janamaz and Ihram, returns are not accepted for used items. Quran and other books can be returned unopened within 14 days.
Return Process:
1. To start a return, contact our customer service team at ainsunnahsocial@gmail.com or by phone/WhatsApp at +923266786624 within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Once we receive your item(s), we'll inspect and process your refund within 5-s10 business days, usually it doesn’t take that long.
3. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
Additional Information:
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
